What does "Verified" mean?
A member of our team has visited the court in person, met the owner, counted the courts, checked the prices posted at the venue and taken the listing photos. Nothing is published before that visit. If a court is not as listed, you get a full refund.
How do I pay?
With any bank or e-wallet app that supports QR Ph: GCash, Maya, BPI, UnionBank and the rest. You scan a QR (or save it and upload it in your bank app when you are on your phone), the amount is fixed, and the booking confirms the moment the bank tells us it is paid.
What is an open game?
A booking that other players can join. There are two kinds. A guaranteed game means the organiser has already paid the court, so it is definitely happening and joiners just split the cost. An open-run game is started on a slot the venue has marked for it: everyone pays only their share, the court is paid when enough people join, and if it does not fill by the cutoff everyone is refunded.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go to your wallet instantly. Cancel outside the venue's free-cancellation window and you get everything back; inside it the venue keeps its stated share. You can spend wallet balance on any booking or cash it out to any InstaPay account.
What happens if I don't show up to a game I joined?
Your share is not refunded, it goes to the organiser, and your reliability score drops. Showing up earns it back. Organisers can see reliability when deciding who to play with.
